Day 1: Zanzibar – Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Morning: Early flight from Zanzibar to Arusha, meet our driver-guide and head to Tarangire National Park.

Afternoon: Game drive through a park renowned for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and predators like lions and leopards. Lunch: Picnic in the park.

Evening: Drive to your lodge in the Tarangire for dinner and overnight stay.


Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

Morning: Depart for the Serengeti via the scenic Ngorongoro highlands. Afternoon: Enter Serengeti National Park and enjoy a game drive en route to your central Serengeti lodge.

Wildlife: Expect to see zebras, wildebeest, lions, cheetahs, and more. Overnight: Stay in a Lodge in Central Serengeti.


Day 3: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti – Follow the Great Migration

Morning to Evening: Spend a full day immersed in the vast wilderness of the Serengeti, tracking the spectacular Wildebeest Migration (seasonal movement varies between Southern, Central, Western, and Northern Serengeti). Our guide will position you in the best area based on the time of year—whether it’s witnessing thousands of wildebeest crossing rivers, calving on the plains, or moving in dramatic columns across the savannah.

Wildlife Highlights: In addition to the migration, expect thrilling sightings of lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, elephants, giraffes, and countless antelope species. Predatory action is frequent during this time, as big cats closely follow the herds.

Lunch: Picnic in the bush surrounded by breathtaking scenery and roaming wildlife.

Evening: Return to your lodge as the sun sets over the Serengeti. Overnight: Same accommodation in Central Serengeti (or area based on migration location—Northern or Southern Serengeti can be arranged).


Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area (UNESCO World Heritage Site)

Morning: Optional sunrise game drive in the Serengeti followed by breakfast at the lodge, Begin your scenic journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its ecological importance and breathtaking beauty. Enjoy game viewing en route, with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way including lions, zebras, elephants, and more.

Evening: Arrive at your lodge perched on the crater rim and soak in panoramic views as the sun sets over the world's largest unbroken volcanic caldera. Overnight: Lodge on or near the Ngorongoro Crater rim.


Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha – Zanzibar (One of Africa’s 7 Natural Wonders)

Early Morning: After breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the "Eighth Wonder of the World" and officially recognized as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa.

Game Drive: Explore the crater floor, a natural wildlife haven home to nearly every major African mammal species—including the critically endangered black rhino, large tusker elephants, hippos, flamingos, and prides of lions. Lunch: Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch beside a hippo pool.

Afternoon: Ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha Airport for your return flight to Zanzibar. End of Tour.

Price Guarantee. Once you have made your booking and we have received your deposit, we guarantee to honour the prices for each item shown on your quotation, with the following exceptions: Estimated price increases: Where we are making a booking for some time for which we do not yet have prices from the supplier (i.e., a year in advance of the tour date), we usually include an estimated price increase. Such a price increase will usually be reviewed by the time that the final payment becomes due, and the Client or Client representative is obliged to cover such increases to a maximum of twice the estimated increase. Government-regulated fees and taxes: In Tanzania, we are exposed to unannounced and sudden changes in items such as national park fees and taxes. The Client or Client representative is responsible for paying any additional charges of this nature. Fuel surcharges: Similarly, we are occasionally exposed to sudden changes in fuel costs, which we need to pass on to our customers if our suppliers demand them of us. The Client or Client representative is responsible for paying any additional charges of this nature. Major errors: In the event of a major error having occurred in our quotation whereby we have significantly undercharged for a tour, we reserve the right to withdraw our offer. Exchange rate fluctuations: Very rarely, our suppliers suffer from a large movement in the international exchange rates and add an exchange rate surcharge to their invoices to us. The Client or Client representative is responsible for paying any additional charges of this nature. Payment Terms: Payments are scheduled as follows: * Deposit Payment due on camping safari bookings: 10% must be paid. * Deposit Payment due on Safari in Lodges bookings: 40% must be paid. * Deposit payment due on tailor-made option bookings: 10% – 70% can be requested * Final Payments can be done due on arrival (Cash is accepted & preferred). * Payment can be made by bank wire/transfer, credit cards, and online payments, E.g., PesaPal. We will provide our banking details to enable this process. NOTE: All payments made should be to company accounts, which are all in Tanzania. We do not have any offshore Accounts. It is common for us to receive separate payments for different individuals within a group touring together and accept payments from each (links will be sent to facilitate the payments), but communication of the relevant information should always take place via the group leader, who remains financially responsible for the whole trip. Payment and Invoices. All payments & instalments must be paid before your Tour start date. When the client or representative has made the tour payment by bank/wire transfer, please email a copy of the bank receipt to the Company. We will confirm receipt of the funds via email. All costs as a result of payment will be handled by the clients, such as a surcharge of 3.5% for credit card & online payments, and wire transfer charges. Currency. All our quotations are made in US$, Euros, and Tanzanian shillings. Cash is accepted in US$, preferably, however, Euros, Pound sterling are also accepted. Customers are required to pay in any currency mentioned above and can do so by making a bank transfer directly into our bank account. We will provide our banking details to facilitate this process.
